What do your eyes message to the person in front of you? And what about your body language? It is said that the eyes never lies so does the body language. And well said. Of course they don’t do. It’s what you really need to consider is the message you are conveying interiorly, from heart.
I don’t recommend you to lie by your eyes but what I recommend is make the person feel what you really want them to feel. If you really need to prove that you appreciate someone then you don’t need to lie here, what’s bad in really appreciating him/her from your heart. What’s wrong in giving your time to yourself in really liking him. It does not harm you. Then go for it. HOW?
Many times I have heard “Repeating a false a hundred times never makes it true”. What it really does is, it makes us feel that the false one is true and our heart tend to say so, and you can easily message this message from your eye. It is the matter of fact, I have experienced.
Many times there comes the condition of problem in dealing with people. In this blog I really wanted to write is this condition, I most often faced in my premier days. While conversation with people really important for us, we kip playing inside our mind, I have to appear humble in front of him, I have to seem trustworthy to him, I should show I am his greatest fan, I should show him I love him, I should seem lovely to him, he should feel lovable seeing me etc. Actually, this is the worst condition we feel to ourselves, we have to act. We feel we are cheating. And do you think, at this particular moment we are being able to give the correct message, we really were trying to give?
I had to go through very hard times in trying to discover, how I could really give the same message I wanted to give, by my eyes and my body language.
Once there was a time, I tried to meditate. I went to different meditation centers to learn how to meditate. I found the answer. The guide made us to sit in padmashan, try to concentrate to a point in between the two eyes, the third eye. We hummed the supernaturally empowered holy word “OUM”. Once I read in a news paper, the perfect tuning/pronunciation of the holy word “OUM” was powerful enough to make a hole in a 10 feet wall. It is the other part. Then we were guided to auto-suggest to make or body hot. Concentrate ourselves to our “UMBILICAL CENTER” and feel a burning fire there. Auto-suggest ourselves. Amazingly I felt hotness. “YES” I found the answer right that way. AUTO-SUGGESTION.
OH! Wait, Auto-suggestion is the answer. But how gonna you use it. Just close your eyes right now and think how gonna you use it and what you gonna suggest your-self.
Are you again gonna suggest yourself that you should seem trustworthy in front of them. Or you suggest yourself that you should appear to love him. Again, that’s a bad idea, it’s the point where we started.
And now let me say you. How about suggest suggesting yourself instead of “you should seem trustworthy in front of them” remind yourself and repeat yourself “you are trustworthy for him, and you are deadly gonna not let him down”. Instead of suggesting “you should show him that you love him” suggest “You love him, very very, very much, as a boss, as a bro/sis, as a friend, whatever, but you love him”. Repeat inside yourself this again and again.
