PROBLEM IN DEALING PEOPLE ??????

Of course, most of we have it. Generally, when we have to give a different idea. And to the places where our words are seldom heard or we believe so. Personally, in my primary days, when I had to rush to many people and organizations for collecting funds, I used to be speechless in front of the Donner. But later I came to realize that, the more I spoke, the more donations i was granted, and further donation referrals too.

The very important primarily is We Speak. "What we Speak?" comes the next. Because in most of these cases our listeners are already in Defensive mode to defend us about what we speak. Primary job for us is to make them comfortable to share what they feel and how they feel. The first achievement is obtained only when you make your client or listener believe that "you also feel and think the same way as they do". People only promote those who are collinear in thinking. If you make them feel that you think, do and run accordingly then only you are subject to be admired.

BUT., the first matter is YOU SPEAK!!!!! How to speak? What to speak? When to speak? Where to speak? How to make and prepare yourself to speak?  These all will be successively shared here in coming blogs and pages.......

WHAT DO YOU WANT ?

What do you want others to do? For you? Not for you? Simply, the question can be "What you Like?" and "What you Dislike?". The answer itself is the beginning of how to deal with people: our relatives, our friends, office colleagues, juniors, seniors and BOSS.
Sometimes, we never want to end up a conversation. We just feel we are very comfortable in such conversations. You feel you are respected, you feel others listening to you or someone speaking at your favor. We just want these to continue ever and ever. When you are ending up, you just feel, if you could have a coffee together, the other day. This type of moments we always wish to come again again and again. You would like to favor them and continue more mutual understandings.
Some views are so special, you would love to keep viewing it. You sometime go inside your imagination with these views, and try to feel these events for you. Pictures from your childhood, my beloved ones, your playing ground, your old written notes,letters, diaries and other stuffs, these are the example. Sometime, you would like to have a haircut like some models, dress up, make body figure, and all.

"Are you Satisfied?" "Are your deeds Fulfilled?" "Have you friends,you wanted?" "Have you someone who appreciates you?" "Don't you wish to share a more time with who appreciates you, identifies you, understand you, adores you or like you, in real ?"
YES, so do others. There are numerous other people, more then you expected, more then you imagined, just around you in this globalized world. We just need is to stop running for biting our tail, and see what is in front of us and who are wanting us to be with them.
To succeed, either you should have someone who likes what you do/want. If not, Be what the targeted person/people (your boss,friends,relatives) wants.

WHO ARE YOU ?

Have you ever been asked this question "Who are You?". I was asked. I had never ever expected the question, by myself before it. The question made me search for the real me now. It was just when I said I wanted to take a session on "Effective Public Speaking Training". I had some idea of the answer, but i was rejected to give the training until my answer for the query was correct.
It took several days for me to find out "Who I Was". And amazingly I came to notice, how blunt I was that I was running away all days for something that was always with me. The answer itself opened a way for me to be a Facilitator for "Effective Speaking". And now, I do not want to keep it with me only. However, the main theme is you have to search of your own for the query "Who are You?". I will be helping you as possibly as I can in my this blog.
